Control module of Electropneumatic Training Kit (Model: Advance) comes with following control equipment:
- PLC input module:
PLC input module is hard wired to PLC inputs. Each input is connected with a three pin connector to make the assembly modular. PLC input module is equipped with a push button for each input which functions as an input override. Necessary precautions are taken to provide short circuit protection. Corresponding input bits are printed on the PLC input module.
- PLC output module:
PLC output module is hard wired to PLC outputs. Each output is connected with a three pin connector to make the assembly modular. Necessary precautions are taken to provide short circuit protection. Corresponding output bits are printed on the PLC input module.
- Field input module:
Field input module is hard wired to field inputs. Each field input is connected with a three pin connector to make the assembly modular. Name of a corresponding field input device is printed on Field input module.
- Field output module:
Field output module is hard wired to field outputs. Each field output is connected with a three pin connector to make the assembly modular. Name of a corresponding field output device is printed on Field input module.
With these input and output modules, participants can easily connect any desired input / output to any desired PLC input / output. This enables participants to carry out different PLC programs with ease as well as efficiency.
Electropneumatic training kit (Model: Advance) can also be used for basic pneumatic training kit. At a time, 4 students (2 on each side) can work on an Electropneumatic training kit (Model: Advance).
Following accessories are provided with Electropneumatic Training Kit for ease of operation:
